SHOBHIT RAJ
Shobhit Raj is a yoga educator from the Satyananda Bihar Yoga tradition. After a successful stint as a UX Designer in the corporate world, he found his calling in teaching Yoga as a practice, philosophy and way of life.
With a deep understanding of the mind, body, and scriptures, he holds a diverse experience of teaching people from all walks of life. He specialises in the meditative practices of Yoga, along with insights from Vipassana, Ayurveda, Tantra, Psychology, and Neuroscience.
Over the last decade, Shobhit has been an active proponent of Yoga and trained more than 600 yoga teachers across India, Europe, and USA. He is imparting knowledge imbibed from his spiritual guides, teachers, ashram life and other experiences - with the intention of making the traditional aspects of yoga accessible for the modern seeker.
