Managing the Mind

Yogic tools to transform the mind

For a yoga practitioner, understanding the mind is essential for real progress. Without this, practice can stay limited to the body, while habits and thought patterns continue to influence our experience. Yogic teachings remind us that by becoming aware of the mind and learning to work with it, we can bring more clarity, steadiness, and ease into our lives.

Join this satsanga to explore the importance of understanding the mind and learn simple, practical tools to work with it—both in your practice and in daily life.

Shobhit Raj is a yoga educator from the Bihar School of Yoga tradition. Intrigued by the subconscious mind and human behaviour, he specialises in the meditative practices of Yoga & Buddhism. He derives insights and learning from Vipassana, Ayurveda, Tantra, Psychology, and Neuroscience.

As an active proponent of Yoga, he has conducted classes, courses, and trained teachers across India, Europe, and the USA. He is imparting knowledge imbibed over the years from his spiritual guides, teachers, ashram life and other experiences - with the intention of sharing traditional yoga as a way of life for the urban seeker.

Real satsang gives the aspirant inner spiritual strength to face the struggles of life, overcome temptations, manage inner cravings and fill the mind with positive divine thoughts. Without satsang, the mind filled with impurities cannot be turned towards the Divine.
