After a successful stint as an established UX Designer in the corporate world, Shobhit found his calling in teaching Yoga as a practice and way of life.
With a deep understanding of the mind, body, and philosophy, he holds a diverse experience of teaching people from all walks of life. He specialises in the meditative practices of Yoga and Buddhism, along with insights from Vipassana, Ayurveda, and Tantra.
Over the last decade, Shobhit has been an active proponent of Yoga and conducted teacher training courses across India, Europe, and USA. He also facilitates corporate workshops on various aspects of wellbeing.
